Verifacts Management Group was established in 1986 as a Private Investigation and Security Company. VMG’s evolution has been influenced by society’s relationship with law enforcement, the lasting effects of negative behaviors, and the importance of financial stability. As the founder, I want to share my journey and how my experiences have influenced the platform VMG stands on today.
Previously in my career, I was unfairly demoted. A director of the agency I was employed with and I did not see eye to eye. Instead of being in an environment that promoted openness and straightforwardness, I was silenced and eventually demoted. My demotion negatively influenced my already hostile work environment. Luckily, financial stability had already been a prerogative of mine. Due to my multiple streams of income, I was able to leave my current toxic work environment and focus on other career opportunities. This negative experience could have been life-changing. By being proactive I protected my livelihood and my family. This experience is the driving force behind what benefits I want VMG to provide the community.
