In sharing our purpose and goal for this platform it’s important for you, the reader to understand how it all started. VMGREVIEW.Com is an extended arm of Verifacts Management Group, (under this brand is Verifacts Investigations, Verifacts Security, and now VMGREVIEW). Our work has always focused on helping those that are unable to help themselves. We speak with school groups, community groups, and any other group that needs our help. What do we speak about? What we know best is the criminal justice system, bringing communities and economics together which is important for community growth. Our work in the justice system has revealed an ugly truth. That truth is that money is the root of all evil, people steal for money, people kill for money and most crimes are committed for the love or lack of money. Although we at VMG do not subscribe to or support criminal behavior we aspire to help by creating a platform that we hope will energize, empower, encourage, and motivate others.
I personally understand the struggles that so many have. Growing up with nine siblings and an absent father was very challenging. When you don’t have enough to eat, when you have to borrow power from your neighbor (run an extension cord through the window from one house to the next so that you can have electricity) that’s hard, that’s living in poverty. However, you do not need to practice impoverished thinking. There is always a way out. Hard work, perseverance, determination, integrity, and a spirit of gratefulness will always lift you up. In the words of Booker T. Washington “A sure way for one to lift himself up is by helping to lift someone else”.
It is our mission with this platform to help as many of our peers as we can by offering our views about the present justice system (THE NEW JIM CROW). We want to help you build your belief in self and understand that we, as people must change our way of thinking in order to perfect a better us. Jesse Jackson says “Dream big dreams! Others may deprive you of your material wealth and cheat you in a thousand ways, but no man can deprive you of the control and use of your imagination.” Who we are is what we decide we will be. Let us interact with this American Justice System as if we are entitled to equal justice under the law. We are no less deserving than any other American citizen.
