Starting a business requires a lot of skills oftentimes, this means incorporating others that possess the talents that you may not have. People you thought would be there for you let you down because most people take a wait-and-see attitude. Mainly because they are unwilling to help make the operation (business) profitable.
Most people take a position of what’s in it for me and that’s a fair attitude because time is (money); however, it takes a few years before a new business earns a profit. So, partnering with those that understand this principle is very important.
