Appreciate the Little Things


During this time of Covid 19, it is important that we not get caught up in the hype, the anxiety, worry, and negativity of the pandemic. The fact that we woke up this morning is truly a blessing. If you have a roof over your head, food, sound mind, and body you are already ahead of the game. If you are fortunate to not have been inflicted with the Covid or if you had it and survived that too is a blessing. Let’s turn this around and that isolation, loneliness, and depression let it go. Do something good for someone else (be Covid safe in the process). The good deed can be something small such as reaching out on the phone to friends you haven’t spoken with in a while just to let them know you are thinking about them.

If you happen to be able to help a struggling friend or family member with finances or other resources do that too. You will be surprised at the emotional high you will get from reaching out and helping others. I guarantee you will not regret it. Reach out and touch somebody’s hand. Make this world a better place if you can. Thanks for your continued support.
