Stooping to a New Low

Earlier this week I received a political flyer in the mail that was abhorrent. The flyer stated that
Joe Biden and progressive politicians were giving young people puberty blockers to keep them
from developing into healthy adults. It also indicated that these politicians were cutting off
genital parts, injecting young boys with female hormones, and most ridiculously asserted that
there was the indoctrination of children whereas they are being led to believe that biological sex
is not real. Where are these far-fetched ideas coming from? Never have I seen anything so
disgustingly, politically motivated.
The flyer was generated from 611 Pennsylvania Ave, Ste 231 located in Washington, D.C. with a
20003-zip code. The senders were bold enough to send this disgusting flyer but were so
cowardly as to not name the company this flyer was generated from if this is even the correct
address. A check of the internet found one hundred and two companies located at this
address. Have these individuals become so desperate that they would send out disgusting,
reprehensible material such as this all for the sake of political power? Nothing is worth that.
What happened to integrity and morality? Such blatant lies and someone had the audacity to
actually print them on a flyer and send them out. Why is the other side stooping to such low-life kinds of actions?
We are at risk of lunatics and/or lunatic supporters running this country. Yet, a lot of us sit
back and think of all kinds of reasons why we do not vote. Oh, my vote does not count. They
are going to raise taxes. They have not done anything for me. I am a victim of the system, and
nobody cares. The aforementioned are all reasons that are given for not voting, all of which
hold no water. Collectively we can make a difference. We must vote. There may be many
reasons why you feel a certain party has not done enough. Guess what, there is another party
out there that has historically done exponentially less for people of color and other
underserved individuals. If you do not vote you get what you get and when things go downhill
rapidly do not complain. You had an opportunity to be involved in positive change (voting) and
if you chose not to do so the consequences could be dire. Many people were severely injured
and even killed for the right to vote. There is no valid reason for not voting. Thumbs up, like
, and share.
