We must not overlook what’s happening with our food supply, water systems, and the things occurring on our local, national as well as the world stages
Let’s look at Smithfield Foods a pork producer: Smithfield Foods, Inc., is a pork producer and food-processing company based in Smithfield, Virginia. The company is the largest pig and pork producer in the world. In addition to owning 500 farms in the U.S., Smithfield contracts with another 2,000 independent farms around the country to raise Smithfield pigs. The company has facilities in Mexico, Poland, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom which operates as an independent subsidiary of the Chinese-owned conglomerate.
The suggestion here is not that someone will purposely sabotage our food supply or water system but what if?
