Giving false reasons why you cannot do something…… A reason for not fulfilling an obligation are definition of excuses. Excuses cause many of us the inability to achieve our greatness.

I’m reminded of a young man who wanted to become a private investigator. He is fortunate to meet a person who was a private investigator and that person (private investigator) became his mentor. During their relationship, it became clear that the apprentice would not achieve his goal of becoming a private investigator because of the excuses. For example, excuses such as traffic was heavy, it was raining or I had to keep my son. In any profession the only thing that matters are results.

In speaking with a young woman about saving and investing a dollar a day, she stated that it’s difficult navigating life’s ups and downs, According to this person she and her husband both worked two jobs, and saving a dollar a day was almost impossible. This young woman further stated that they (her & husband ) purchased alcohol and marijuana daily. Excuses….

The above-mentioned examples are just a few reasons why people do not achieve better for themselves due to excuses. Do not allow excuses to become your reality….. Life is about the choices that we make. Please give us a thumbs-up, like, and a share
