
Thankfulness
During this holiday season, it is important to pause, step back, and realize all that
we have to be thankful for. Just waking up in the morning, putting your feet on
the floor, being able to move, and having all of your bodily functions is a blessing
in and of itself. There are so many things that we take for granted. During this
holiday season let’s focus on gratitude and be thankful for all of the positive
things that God has placed in our lives. This includes family, friends, a home to live
in, food on the table, good health and so much more. The next time you feel
down, overwhelmed, or depressed just focus on all that you have to be thankful
for. I guarantee you that if you focus on being grateful and thankful you will
