I’m not sure about other parts of the country but driving in Metro Atlanta is becoming very threatening. People are constantly weaving in and out of lanes, driving at high rates of speed, just inches from your rear bumper.
The disregard for the safety of others while driving in Georgia is considered a Serious Traffic Offense. It is the act of driving in such a manner as to demonstrate a “ reckless disregard” for all people or property-generally-whether or not any specific person or property is, in fact, endangered at the time of the indicted act. Accidents have become greater, and more serious injuries due to reckless driving; Therefore, reducing our speed and, being courteous while operating a motor vehicle should be the norm.
