The 2024 Elections
Some elected officials have their constituency’s fervor at the top of
their agenda, while other politicians’ agendas are self-serving. The 2024 elections
are and should be of great interest to all citizens of this country. The bar in
politics has been transformed as there are no guard rails anymore. Many of
today’s so-called leaders are about power and dictator-leaning agendas.
Discussions must happen with our families, children, neighbors,
Church members and as many other people that we can engage regarding who
our next president will be. A lot is at stake because we have seen what manner of
disruption can occur when an irrational, self-serving, inexperienced individual
holds the office of president. If a person such as this is elected once again there
is no telling what the future of this country will be.
I am personally asking that we all take this upcoming election very seriously.
Please encourage others that you know to be a part of the solution and not part
of the problem. Our votes do matter. Do not believe the hype that the right is
blasting across the airways. This country is still the leading economic powerhouse
though others would have you believe we are flailing. Do your research. Do not
believe everything you hear or read. Exercise your right to vote not only in
presidential elections but also in local elections. You can be the determinant of
what type of country you wish to live in by simply voting. Thumbs up, like, and
