Voting should never be taken for granted. Many people lost their lives fighting for the right to vote—a right guaranteed by our Constitution. Yet, even today, some politicians continue working to make it harder for certain groups to exercise that right.
This conversation is especially important given the direction of the current federal administration and the dangerous plans being discussed—dismantling education, threatening Social Security, and weakening vital government agencies that serve the people. One of the most effective ways to stop this out-of-control regime is through voting.
Our local and state legislators set the tone by making decisions that directly affect what we can and cannot do. Those decisions are often driven by party interests, and as history has shown, many laws born from this process have been discriminatory. It’s time we take voting seriously.
Let’s stop the madness in the White House and start by voting in the midterm elections. Elect officials who truly have the people’s best interests at heart—not those who serve only themselves and their wealthy friends.
Encourage your family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors to register and become legal voters. Voting in every election—local, state, and federal—is the only way to protect our future and create real change.
Please, take action. Midterm elections matter more than many realize. Let’s make our voices heard.
This platform purpose is to inspire, inform, encourage, and empower others. Please give us a like, share because we need your support, Thanks from team VMG.
