Being Strong

Being Strong

Through life’s ups and downs, there are those individuals that stand out.
They seem to effortlessly handle life’s most problematic and stressful
situations. You see them and you continually tell them how strong they
are. You say to them in all situations “you’re strong, you can handle it”.
News flash, even the strong get weak, being strong does have
downfalls. Because people see you handling things, dealing with your
trials and tribulations, and getting things done it never occurs to them
that you just might need some help. Strong people often volunteer to
help others. They pitch in without being asked. But this kind, of act, is
not often reciprocated. The next time you see a “strong” friend or
relative having a problem or issue take the time to ask if they need
help. The answer might surprise you. More than likely, it will be “yes”
simply because they are elated that you even took the time to ask.
Thumbs up, like, and share.
