Haters

Haters

Let’s talk about haters.  They are all around you.  They come in all shapes, sizes, and colors.  They can be a friend, a family member, a co-worker, or a church member.  The list goes on and on.  Sometimes they are quite elusive. Some are chameleons and the side of them that you see is the good side.  They are sometimes so good at what they do that it may take you years to realize that they do not want the best for you.  That is why you must continually sharpen your discernment skills and be a careful, meticulous observer.  Realize that when you allow your light to shine not everyone is happy for you.  Trust, but verify.  Look at actions and not words.  Do not fall for the facades that they place in front of you.  Realize that sometimes you really cannot believe what you see.  These haters can be so sophisticated in the manner in which they present themselves that if you are not on top of your game, they will slip one of their devious acts past you.  Not to be totally negative you also must realize and appreciate those that are in your corner and always come through for you.  They are generally people of their word, they make time for you, and they help when needed, oftentimes without you even having to ask.  Appreciate these individuals, keep them close to you, and let them know you care about them.  No man or woman is an island.  We all need someone.  The haters teach us lessons.  Our supporters teach us caring and kindness. Living in this world we will be exposed to a potpourri of people.  Learn to quickly discern who’s for you and who’s not for you.  This is a valuable skill.  Additionally, that third eye, the gut feeling that makes your stomach queasy or gives you a funny kind of feeling letting you know that something is not right is a feeling that you must take heed to.  When you feel this let your haters be your motivators.  Live your life, believe in you, and don’t allow anyone to take your joy.  Thumbs up, like, and share.
