Stuck

Stuck

Do you sometimes feel like you want to take action, do something, or move on?  For whatever reason you cannot get your body or your brain to move.  You keep thinking and thinking and for a while, you do not know what to do or how to do it. You are just stuck. In times like these, you just simply need to let the process unfold.  You need to let go. The process will work itself out.  In time the answer will come.  “Stuck” is just the universe telling you to “be still.” Think the situation out thoroughly.  It is okay to think through the process.

In this life everyone is moving fast, going through the motions sometimes without even thinking about what is happening. We put ourselves on autopilot and quickly move through life. We stop living and being intentional, we fail to live in the moment.  All we have is just one second, one minute, one hour, one day at a time.  When we begin to think in the moment it propels us to take action because we know that the moment is all that we have.

Carpe diem is the Latin phrase that means “seize the day.” Stop telling yourself that you will “do it tomorrow.” Think things through and start that project, start that business, introduce yourself to that person you wish to meet, and enjoy the pleasures of the moment and all that it brings. When you really see and feel the beauty of life in the moment and all it has to offer you will no longer be impeded. You will know then and there, deep inside, that you must appreciate each and every moment that is given. You must treasure every breath that you take for the awesomeness of its’ continuous resurrection of life.  For each breath breathes new life into you. What you do with it is up to you. Do not stay stuck!! Thumbs up, like, and share.

  1. Thumbs-up real talk 👄 💯 Sometimes we are stuck because we are afraid to try something new. I believe sitting down and writing it down helps you to move forward. Seening your wants and needs in paper cause you too move and act. Having faith is big and walking in it can make all the difference.
