14th Amendment

14th Amendment

As the 2024 election approaches, we (citizens) must understand what the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, Section 3 chronicles about Insurrection.

According to section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the U.S Constitution, no person shall hold any Federal office (such as a Senator, Representative, or President) if they have previously taken an oath to support the Constitution of the United States and have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same!

I’m disheartened by those who profess their allege to the Constitution but embrace that which is contrary to what the 14th amendment truly has defined as to who can, and can not hold federal positions in our United States Government.

During my lifetime I have witnessed time, and time again how the powers to be change regulations suitable to their agenda. I want to be clear, I hope that those in power will do the right for this upcoming election, but Congress under the 14th Amendment does have the authority with a two-thirds vote in each house to remove the disability. Again, for those who claim to believe in the Constitution, please do the right thing and do what section 3 of the 14th Amendment has confirmed.

  1. I truly agree with yours, plead and also agree with the 14th Ammendment Section 3 as it pertains to the constitution of these United States. Continue to spread the word and educate those who have not clue of what’s going on and happening in our congress and senate. Peace.
